Since 1.6 you can moderate images that are posted by the plugin.
Enable Moderation
You need to turn on image moderation per account and then before any image is posted they will appear in the new ‘Moderation’ page for your approval.
Moderation Page
The moderation page is similar to the native WordPress comments page. All the images awaiting moderation are listed out in a table with the image and details. You can approve or ignore images. When you approve them they will be set to pending and be posted the next time the account is triggered.
